This workshop takes you into the aspects that affect you as a partner who wants to onboard their practice into selling and implementing Dynamics 365 Sales Professional. You may already have had your first customer but want to create a repeatable business. We will look at how you implement Sales Professional and what is involved.

  • You will learn about the method for creating a repeatable practice. This course will give you a head-start into building a routine for selling and deploying Dynamics 365 Sales Professional.
  • You will learn how to determine the scope of the project.
  • You will learn how to listen to the key questions and conversations that will help you decide if this customer is right for you and right for Sales Professional.

We will look at when to implement yourself or to outsource to a partner. We will look at the packages available that can assist you with your customers. The key is that the customer remains as your customer throughout.
